Manage the daily operations of the warehouse effectively and efficiently.

Operations Management
- Supervise warehouse operations
- Maintain the warehouse and associated equipment
- Generate warehouse activity reports
Quality Assurance
- Implement and review SOPs if required, to reflect current operational practices
- Maintain warehouse records
Staff Training & Development
- Establish training needs & commit to training plans based on current and expected performance levels / output
Performance Management
- Conduct operations’ staff appraisals
Basic minimum requirements
Education and Work experience
- Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy, business management, engineering or logistics
- Warehouse operations training and experience
- Warehouse supervisory skills
- Experience in quality management
- Experience in general management
- Decision–making, problem-solving, creativity
- Analytical skills, attention to detail
- Ability to interact at a high level with clients, senior management and authorities
- Ability to work in a team environment
