Our client, a leading Agro Chemical Company with Head office in Nairobi seeks to recruit a young University graduate with a Dairy Technology background to fill in a vacancy as a Sales Representative.
We are particularly looking for self driven persons of high integrity, ready to travel in all the counties in Kenya.
Key responsibilities
Key responsibilities
- Grow sales revenue by creating profitable linkages with appropriate distributors and retail outlets
- Establish sales goals in target territory.
- Technically understand and solve client’s problems as well as recommend appropriately
- Generate increased market share for dairy products, mainly cultures used in making of cheese and yoghurt
Qualifications
- Degree/ Diploma in Food Science and Technology
- Minimum 2- 3 years experience in food Technology or relevant field.
- Good communication and presentation skills.

- Aggressive sales personality.
- Outstanding organization and planning skills.
- Mature personality with the ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Self driven with high level of integrity
- Should be ready to travel a lot.
