Operations Manager, Finance Manager and Credit Officer



1. Operations Manager

Key competences & Qualifications

Degree in business management or any other relevant field.

At least 3 years experience in Operations Management

Excellent computer skills and proficient in excel, word, outlook and ERP

Excellent communication skills both verbal and written

Demonstrated leadership and vision in managing staff groups and major projects or initiatives.





Excellent interpersonal skills and a collaborative management style.

Must be an outstanding team player

Duties & Responsibilities


Improve the operational systems, processes and policies.
Manage and increase the effectiveness and efficiency of Support Departments.
Development and implementation of operations policy.
Management of Operations budget in coordination with the Managing Director.
Conducting interdepartmental meetings for the operations team.
Supervise the operational team in conjunction with the respective heads of departments.
Regular assessments and forecasts of organization's performance against operational goals.
Conducting random appraisals to ensure adherence to KPI’s.
Preparation of quarterly & end year operations reports.


2. Finance Manager

Key competences & Qualifications
Degree BCOM-Finance Option or any other relevant field
Must be CPA (K) holder
4 years Experience in a similar position
Must be an outstanding team player.


Duties & Responsibilities
Preparation of management & financial accounts for the company.
Updating financial and accounts policies of the company
Credit Management for the company
Supervising the accounts personnel
Establish a regular internal Auditing mechanisms


3. Credit Officer

Key competences & Qualifications
Diploma in Credit Management or any other relevant field.
CPA section IV holder.
Must be an outstanding team player.
3 years experience on similar position.


Duties & Responsibilities
Ensuring that all invoices are dispatched by 5th of every month
Ensure that accurate and correct debtors records are kept.
Prepare debtors & collection reports.
Ensure Billing is done correctly and timely
