A reputable restaurant/canteen seeks to urgently fill the position of a cook due to expansion
Qualifications
- Certificate in food production from a reputable college
- KCSE certificate mean grade of C- and above
- Good interpersonal and communications skills
- 2 years work experience in a busy kitchen/restaurant
- Creative and innovative person with flair in tastes and presentation of food
- Ability to work under pressure with minimal supervision
- Good knowledge in food costing and menu planning
- Knowledgeable on HACCP and general food safety and hygiene.
