Qualifications:
 

Degree in Computer Science
 

5-8 years of experience in ISP field

Job Description

• Maintenance of Core Data Network
• Overall in-charge of the NOC and Server Room
• Overall in-charge of On-Site Technical Installation and Trouble-shooting Teams
• After Hours Support
• Online/Onsite Customer Support (when needed)
• Public Relations for Corporate Customers more in technicalities
• Capacity Planning and Implementation
• Research, planning and implementation of upcoming trends/technologies
• Provide/Impart Skills and training
• Overseeing and Maintenance of Data Centre and any related service/solution
