Our Client a leading cosmetics company in Kenya is currently is seeking to recruit a Beauty Consultant for their Nairobi shop. 

The Ideal Candidate should be presentable, with a friendly personality, polite and energetic

Salary: KES. 15,000 Plus commissions

Roles and responsibilities:
  • Maintaining and increasing sales of company’s products.
  • Cleaning the shop and maintaining high level of personal hygiene
  • Understand all the products in details
  • Naturally meet or exceed sales goals and targets (daily and monthly)
  • Maintain standards of cleanliness within the shop
  • Inform guests of current promotions, events, and services within the shop
  • Arrange/display all the products in according to company’s quality procedure
  • Accountability of sales reports (Z-report , M-pesa and book report)
  • Product demonstration and promoting the sales of cosmetics.
  • Answering shop calls within the second ring
  • Proper use of company machines and equipment
  • Implement and support new promotions and product launches
  • Engage in cold-calling activities
  • Profile prospective accounts and convert leads into customers
  • Provide timely reports to management including calendar activities, sales calls, sales reports etc.
  • Responsible for presenting an image at all times that reflects the knowledge of cosmetic lines sold by the company
  • Do makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations to the clients
  • Ensure that all testers within the shop are continuously in stock and maintained in compliance with the hygiene standards.
Experience / Qualifications
  • 2 Years’ experience as a Cosmetics Sales/ Beauty Consultant
  • Excellent communicator and presentable
  • Cosmetics retail experience and/or product specialist/sales experience a MUST
  • A genuine interest in beauty products
  • Make up Artistry experience in a retail environment will be an added advantage.
  • Use make ups on daily basis

Fitness Instructors

About Reform Cycling and Strength Studio: Reform Cycling & Strength Studio (“Reform”) will be opening in Nairobi in October 2015. 

Reform is a group exercise fitness studio and will be offering indoor cycling classes, circuit training classes and pilates classes using technology allowing clients to monitor their performance data such as heart rate, calories and power in real time using group display in the classes.

Recruiting 2 Full Time Fitness Instructors 

Reform is recruiting 2 full time fitness instructors with a minimum of two years experience teaching fitness classes at a gym / hotel. 

Candidates should have experience in teaching circuit training classes, pilates classes and indoor cycling classes. 

Former Kenya professional athletes will also be considered.

Responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):
  • Teaching  group fitness classes;
  • Maintaining Reform’s fitness equipment;
  • Assisting reception staff with administrative duties; and
  • Reporting to Reform’s CEOs on a weekly basis on any issues with the fitness studio.

Laundry Manager
  • Must have previous qualifications in supervising the operation of a large hotel laundry
Guest Service/E-Business Supervisor
  • To develop and execute the resorts E-commerce strategy to grow the customer base and to explore opportunities of expanding the e-commerce objectives and decisions
F&B Supervisors
