Our client is an established management training and consultancy firm
based in Nairobi, Kenya. They have two career positions available
immediately based in Nairobi to market their training programs in East
and Central Africa region in accordance with the below position profile.
Required no of years of experience: 2-5 years
Educational Qualification
- Diploma / Degree in the relevant field
Location: Nairobi, Kenya
Behavioral Attributes/skills required
- Good command of English language
- Excellent communication skills (verbal & written)
- Outgoing personality and high confidence level
- Demonstrable abilities to work on own initiative, prioritise work & being organised
- Track record of having a drive to succeed, being reliable and dependable
- Experience working with client/customers in a professional organisation (minimum two years).
Role and Responsibility
- Use innovative and creative channels to identify potential client organisations in the region and obtain contact information for client’s database.
- Initiate contact with potential client’s organisations and effectively articulate the firm’s training programmes and how it would benefit their organisation.
- Develop and maintain effective communication channels with the key decision makers in the client’s organisation
- Manage registration and coordinate training delivery
