Our client is in the IT business and is looking to urgently fill the position below:

HR / Admin Assistant
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for coordinating recruitment and hiring process. - This includes opening recruitments, placing ads, screening applications, arranging interviews, contacting applicants, maintaining all relevant documentation and correspondence, and properly archiving job files.
- Process and maintain Human Resources personnel files for all staff.
- Act in a confidential capacity handling external and internal inquiries from the public, employees, & departments.
- Research and analyze data for special projects.
- Assist in orientation and exit interview process.
- Provide administrative support; Provide office management Examples (not all inclusive) include phone calls, mail, scheduling and calendar issues, filing system upkeep, supply ordering, preparing travel reimbursements, making travel arrangements, preparing purchase orders,
- Other duties as assigned
Experience and Education
Job Related Experience: Experience in secretarial or administrative position.
Specific Experience: Two or more years of administrative experience in an environment which involves human resource management
Education: Diploma/Degree in Business with a bias towards HR
