Job Title: Insurance Advisor

 Position summary:
 The candidate would be required to achieve individual and departmental  sales targets, increase the customer base through delivering high levels  of customer satisfaction.
 Responsibilities
- Advising potential client on various insurance policies
 - Cash management: Ensure that premium payment cheques collected from the customers is accounted for and deposited the same day.
 - Ensure customers have a full understanding of the products they are buying, by communicating effectively
 - To follow up and resolve, to a satisfactory conclusion, any issues arising from sales or service queries
 - Represent the company and professional image at all times.
 - Maintain a flexible approach in order to accommodate changing needs and growth.
 - Achieve sales targets, whilst maintaining high quality standards.
 
 Qualifications and Skills
- A degree holder / a Sales and Marketing Diploma from a recognized institution
 - A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in Insurance sales.
 - Certificate of proficiency in Insurance (COP) preferred
 - Knowledge on individual life policies, pension products and corporate sales will be of added advantage.
 - Self motivated, highly organized and able to work with no supervision
 - Computer proficiency.
 - Proven sales experience an added advantage
 - Previous related work experience
