Site Agent

- Registered Civil Engineer with Engineers Registration Board
- At least eight years experience, in supervision of road construction with demonstrable knowledge in planning & execution of all construction activities
- Demonstrable knowledge of presentation of all contractual claims including payment, delays, reports, cost appraisals and correspondences
- Ability to interpret accurately road designs, drawings, instructions and other contractual obligations of the contractor and advise in time
- Experience in the urban roads systems e.g. NMT, Street lighting, channelization and traffic management will be a strong edge for a successful candidate
- Demonstrable ability to command all cadres of staff while building cohesive teams and achieve set targets through team work.
- Strong and good communication skills, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage difficult staff and provide good leadership by example
- Applicant should be willing to work sometimes during night hours.
Project Supervisor

- BSc. in Surveying Eng. or Equivalent
- A Minimum of 10 years experience in major road construction projects as a Site Surveyor
Accountant
Qualifications:
Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree in Commerce/Finance/Economics or equivalent
- Applicant must be a Certified Public Accountant (CPA II and above)
- A minimum of 3 years working experience of which 2 years should have been served in a busy road construction company as an Accountant, is a compulsory qualification requirement
- Applicable knowledge in Accounting Software.
