    Quotations:Get 2 quotes for a repair job for comparison. Completion of all repairs work facilitating LPOs and making sure works are completed in time and of right quality.
    Coordinate with other outsourced companies and cleanliness of site.


    Security Company.
    Cleaning company.
    Maintenance contracts.
    Landscaper.
    Lifts.
    Borehole
    Generators.
    Others.


    Timely and complete correspondence on issues and replied to in 48hours on receipt.
    Filing is up to date and ensure complete record keeping.
