Position Required: Beauty Salon Manager
Location: Nairobi – Kasarani
Responsibilities:
Taking care of the day-today running and affairs of the business.
Being team leader to the rest of the staff and motivating staff to reach greater heights
To safeguard the interests, morals and principles of the business
To ensure profitability of the business and handle the finances with transparency and accountability
Sales and Marketing of the products and services
Front-office and customer relationship Management
The candidate should understand that the business is starting out and should therefore be able to cope with any teething problems that the business may encounter in its infancy.
Stock management
Qualities:
Hairdresser and beautician
Experienced in running a similar business
2-5 years working experience
Good interpersonal skills and leadership qualities
Confident
Computer Literate
Ability to meet targets
Personal Attributes: Well presented, responsible, personable and well spoken in English and Kiswahili
