Job Description

Review & monitor reliability & availability of plant through adherence to preventive and predictive maintenance practices in planned & systematic manner.


Contribute towards cost reduction activities by ensuring that there are minimum breakdown/ least disruption on the production schedules due to engineering services.

Minimizing cost of spares / inventory and monitoring cost of energy / gas consumption.

Provide technical assistance to analyze engineering services failures/ breakdown in equipment and solving critical equipment problems/ failures.

Maintain record of equipment wise maintenance record and expenditure, and provide analysis of the same to Senior Management as and when required

Formulate the planned maintenance schedule for general maintenance based on the Job Change Schedule (Monthly production plan) to ensure maximum plant upkeep time and ensure execution of the same.

Ensure proper documentation of all jobs including details of problem diagnosis and resolution as well as spares used for future reference and analysis.

Ensure leverage of IT in maintenance for effective recording and monitoring of maintenance data.

Implement key process improvement initiatives to be taken-up in maintenance (such as ISO, TPM, PMS, etc.) from time to time by in accordance with organizational guidelines.

Provide subordinates with the required growth opportunities to ensure their development for higher level roles.
Qualifications
  • Possess a degree/diploma in Engineering.
  • Experience for not less than 5 years in a diversified manufacturing company, experience specifically in producing the packaging items for beverage products is an added advantage.
  • Age of 35 years and above
  • Computer literate
  • Having exposure to state of art-technology machines

Human Resource Assistant

Our client is a Manufacturing Firm and is seeking to recruit a Human Resource Assistant who will be in charge of supervising over 700 casual staff.
Gross Salary 50K
 
Primary Responsibilities

Monitor Performance based management;
 
Enforce and Consolidate Performance Reporting from all teams

Manage Performance Reporting Tools and rewards;


Monitor, Track and Report on Staff  and Team Performance;
 
Maintain and Liaise with company lawyers;Manage the legal documentation of the office;
 
Serve as communication liaison between all management staff and the teams;
The successful candidate should have the following qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or any other relevant field
  • 2 – 3 years working experience supervising over 100 staff
  • Experience in the manufacturing industry is a must
  • Thorough understanding of Current Labour and Employment Laws
  • Professional membership to IHRM or KIM will be an added advantage
  • Strong communication skills (both written and spoken)
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently as well as a team
  • Attention to detail and a good sense of procedures
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
  • Must be aged 28 years and above

They are looking for a Road Construction Foreman for their organization.

The purpose of the job is to complete construction projects by scheduling materials, equipment, and personnel; monitoring progress; enforcing code and safety regulations as well as supervising staff and sub-contractors.

Job Duties and Responsibilities


  • Accomplishes work requirements by orienting, training, assigning, scheduling, and coaching employees; supervising sub-contractors in the project
  • Meets construction work standards by following production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards; resolving operational problems; identifying work process improvements
  • Meets construction budget by preparing estimates; monitoring expenses; implementing cost-saving actions
  • Plans construction projects by studying blueprints; ordering and scheduling materials and equipment
  • Monitors construction projects by confirming instructions for carpentry, plumbing, electrical, concrete, painting, and related trades; conducting inspections; issuing change orders; approving work
  • Approves construction work by conducting inspections
  • Prevents fines and interruptions by complying with, and enforcing, codes
  • Maintains safe, secure, and healthy work environment by following and enforcing standards and procedures; complying with legal regulations
  • Maintains technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing technical publications; benchmarking state-of-the-art practices
