We are looking for an energetic Bar Manager for a multi-faceted nightspot with two bars including a VIP Bar and 1 restaurant. 


This is an excellent opportunity to be a high profile Bar Manager, for a dynamic and forward thinking company. 

As Bar/Restaurant Manager you will be overall in charge and responsible for Stock control and people management, from bartender recruitment through to training and retention. 


The bar manager must be extremely organized and be able to think on their feet.

The Ideal Candidate will be a proven operator at bar management level for at least four year and have a track record of driving sales and margins through innovative retailing. 


You must have sound financial acumen and have worked within bar, venue or nightclub with high stock holdings and exposure to a monthly turn over of at least Ksh.4.5 Million. 

You will be used to delivering a bar operation to the highest of standards and the key will be your leadership skills and ability to lead from the front.
