Purpose of the Job
 
Reporting to the Branch Manager, the job holder will be responsible for ensuring that the training programmes done by all KIM Diploma students adhere to the Institute’s requirements.

Job Profile
  • Popularize the Institute’s products within the region of operation
  • Recruit students and members for the KIMSOM products
  • Supervise and monitor the training and examinations of KIM SOM products
  • Ensure effective implementation of the tuition timetable.
  • Maintaining of students’ database
  • Ensuring proper orientation of new students on the KIMSOM rules and regulations and coordinate student activities within the branch
Person Profile
 
Knowledge, skills and experience required:
  • A Master’s degree in education or business related field from a recognized university

Purpose of the Job
 
Reporting to the Programmes Manager, the job holder will be responsible for planning, organizing and running all membership related activities. 
The officer will be expected to develop a vibrant KIM Membership base IN Rwanda by marketing KIM membership products and services to professionals and organizations.

Job Profile
  • Developing and maintain a database of approved paid-up members of the Institute
  • Register CPD hours/credits for members attending trainings and membership learning forums
  • Planning and developing annual schedules of membership events and forums
  • Undertaking needs assessment to ensure an innovative offer to members
  • Ensure circulation of MANAGEMENT  Magazine to all members
  • Developing and marketing proposals for partnerships to extend the portfolio of benefits to members
  • Ensure continuous membership engagement through communication on KIM products
  • Inviting resource persons/speakers to share their experience during the forums
  • Undertaking continuous business intelligence to inform on market needs and gaps
  • Evaluate and analyse all feedback from membership events and forums for sustained continuous improvement
  • Ensure resource optimization on all events and forums
  • Offer support in managing the KIM Brand in Rwanda
  • Oversee adherence to laid down policies and procedures in conducting business
  • Continuously engage the Head office to ensure accountability and congruence of thought
Person Profile  
 
Knowledge, skills and experience required;
  • A Master’s Degree in a Business related field
  • Minimum three (3) years’ experience in a membership or related organization
  • Skills in running membership related services will be an added advantage
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • A self-motivated, results-oriented, people-person with energy and ability to inspire teams
  • Knowledge of the Rwandan market will be an added advantage
  • Proficiency in French language will be an added advantage

Summary job description
  • To prepare and dispense prescribed medications and pharmaceutical preparations according to patients' prescription.
  • Provide advice for non-prescription medications
  • Monitor drugs and other medical supplies levels and initiate the procurement process.
  • Take inventory and track medication and supply orders
  • Keep records of all drug stocks ordered, drugs issued to clients and stocks remaining.
  • Prepare and submit reports on daily sales undertaken and achievement to the management as required.
  • Arrange drugs in the required manner
  • Establish and maintain good relationships with customers which includes clinics, doctors, hospitals and other institutions where applicable
Personal attributes
  • High level of motivation, organization, honesty, commitment and professional responsibility

Requirements
  • At least a Certificate in Pharmacy

  • Must be computer literate and be able to manage software programs.

The successful candidate shall be tasked with;
  • Product sales, achieving targets and deliverables
  • Identify and qualify prospects within the target market
  • Develop and build a client base utilizing proven sales techniques e.g. prospecting, cold calling, lead generation and probing.
  • Create a large base of service revenue from Leases and service contracts
  • Public Relations and Marketing to the target market
  • Work closely with other managers to ensure the delivery of quality service
  • Debt collection from own accounts and manages contract renewals.
  • Represent the company in various functions and activations
  • Ensuring adherence to Internal Control Systems as per the Quality Management Systems.

Requirements
  • The candidate must have a degree/Diploma in Information Technology or Sales and marketing.
  • Must have hands on experience of more than 1 years selling Office Technology 
  • Must have cumulative experience of not less than 3 years’ experience in Sales and Marketing
