Job Description

Ability to perform risk assessment and system audits to identify system vulnerabilities, threats and residual risk.

Ability to evaluate financial and other related risks and escalate them appropriately and in a timely manner to management for action.

Ability to evaluate business processes and identify business risks.

Ability to advise on the controls to implement to reduce, minimize or eliminate risks identified in the systems.

Ability to evaluate incidents, identify root causes and pursue perpetrators (witting and/or unwitting) perpetrators of such incidents.

Understand the legal implications of regulations of the countries in which Airtel Money operates and ensure compliance with local regulations.

Educational Qualification
  • BE/ B Tech/ CISA/ CISM/ CISSP/ ISO 27002
Skills Required
  • Excellent knowledge of IS solutions.
  • Excellent knowledge of IS security solutions.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Good knowledge of GSM, mobile banking and local regulations.
  • Ability to investigate, audit and draw conclusions that assist the business to mitigate or eliminate potential threats.
  • Analytical skills to evaluate potential loss of revenue.
  • Ability to perform system audits and penetration tests.

L1 Support (Application)

Qualification: Graduate, BE, MCA or Equivalent

Experience:

1-3 Years experience in providing Onsite / L1 support in Technical Assistance Center / Customer care for System admin, Network admin or equivalent in Telecom VAS software products / applications

Skills & Responsibilities:

Functional/Technical
  • Working knowledge of Trouble Tickets System
  • Receive and log calls and giving them a trouble ticket
  • Basic understanding of network related commands to enable verification of connectivity (such as ping, trace route, net stat)
  • Understand Telecom & Networking fundamentals, Linux/Sun/Window Administration
  • VB .NET, ASP .NET Framework (Installation / Upgrade of Scheduled modules / Airtel Money GUI’s deployment)
  • Initial trouble shooting skills for applications /Interfaces /DBs (Oracle)
  • Carry out routine Ops activities & checklists
  • Experience in the telecom industry; familiarity with O&M of Telecom operators or MS operations of telecom vendors; wireless network O & M processes preferred
  • Awareness of VAS Services/Application (ZAP preferably)
  • Knowledge of GSM,SS7

Key Responsibilities
  • Responsible for the implementation of performance management & reward system within the organization

  • Responsible for managing the recruitment function.
Minimum requirements:

1. Bachelors degree in HRM or Higher Diploma in HRM from a recognized institution
