- Minimum first degree;
- Master’s degree in Business Administration, agriculture or Education;

- Good administrative, communication and public relation skills, basic IT skills and ability to learn, improvise and implement various capacity development programs.
Terms of appointment: This is Nationally Recruited Staff (NRS) position based at Nairobi headquarters and is on initial 2 year contract renewable subject to satisfactory performance and availability of funding. Salary and benefits will be in line with those provided by ILRI.

Responsibilities:
Under supervision of program Director, perform the following tasks:
- Coordinate capacity building for program staff on monitoring and Evaluation
- Supportive supervision visits to health facilities to monitor implementation and mentorship on data management including completeness of registers and reporting tools.
- Coordinate health service data collection, analysis, interpretation and reporting.
- Plan and undertake routine data quality audits at supported health facilities and report on findings
- Play a key role in coordinating the planning, implementation and dissemination of findings of all facility level needs assessments.
- Preparation of monthly, semi annual and annual progress reports for submission to CDC and other donor agencies.
- Write technical reports for ongoing programs to share internally and with the donors.
- Represent International Medical Corps on M&E forums in the country

Qualifications:

- Trainer of Trainers in any HIV/AIDS and TB program areas using teach-back methodology
