Smartphone Applications Developers

Our client an International company, based in Ukraine is looking for highly motivated software developers.

Qualified candidates should have had prior knowledge in mobile application development i.e smart-phones.

The preferred candidate should be willing to relocate to Ukraine for a period of 1-2 years, in 2 months time.

Duties and requirements
  • Design, Implement and unit test Software Requirements with zero defects.
  • Set the right customer expectations and continually exceed them.
  • Review codes, design features, develop and conduct unit tests.
  • Provide technical assistance to other team members as needed.
  • Develop prototypes on a variety of platforms.
  • Create, document, and implement unit test plans, scripts, and test harnesses.
  • Interpret written business requirements and technical specification documents.
  • Deliver high quality applications for Smart phones.
  • Interacts with the test team on a regular basis to identify and address issues in a timely manner.
Qualification
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent discipline.
  • Minimum of 3-6 years experience in .Net framework, Java\C++ development.
  • Good knowledge in Object oriented programming is a must.
  • Clear understanding of software development life cycle principles.
  • Should be familiar with modern software development practices.
  • Should be familiar with various software development design pattern.
  • Must have clear knowledge of IPhone Os and Android.
  • Should have worked with cross-platform development tools e,g PhoneGap
  • Expert level experience in J2ME.
  • Must have deployed applications in App Store B – Android
  • The ideal candidate will have developed business related application which talk to server via a web APIS such as WSFU using XML/SOAP/JSON.
  • At least 2 years of experience developing on at least 2 of the following platform: iPhone / iPad, Android, Windows Mobile is a plus.
  • Ability to work within a team and under own responsibility
  • Ability to pay strong attention to detail and quality.
  • Should have strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Good organizational and analytical skills.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Core roles:
  • Prepare profit and loss statements and monthly closing and job costing reports.
  • Compile and analyze financial information to prepare entries to accounts, such as general ledger accounts, and document business transactions.
  • Establish, maintain, and coordinate the implementation of accounting and accounting control procedures.
  • Analyze and review budgets.
  • Monitor and review accounting and related system reports for accuracy and completeness.
  • Prepare and review budget, revenue, expense, payroll entries, invoices, and other accounting documents.
  • Analyze revenue and expenditure trends and recommend appropriate budget levels, and ensure expenditure control.
  • Vetting of credit applications, debt collection with the assistance of account managers and general credit management.

  • Recommend, develop and maintain financial data bases, computer software systems and manual filing systems.

Our client is an upcoming medium sized firm.

An accounting position has arisen.

Major responsibilities includes: planning and directing accounting activities within the Finance department by performing the following duties, personally or through subordinate supervisors

Roles & Responsibilities:

Core roles: 
  • Analysis of expenses on monthly basis (Budget variance)
  • Raise journals and code transactions
  • Reconcile general ledger and subsidiary ledger accounts
  • Post journal vouchers to the general ledger
  • Prepare monthly trial balance
  • Prepare profit and loss account
  • Preparation of Balance sheet
  • Maintain Fixed Asset register and necessary schedules
  • Maintain the Debtors ledger and reconcile the trade debtors control to subsidiary ledger
  • Maintain Creditors ledger
  • Prepare weekly and monthly Cash flow forecast
  • Prepare annual budget. On monthly basis prepare variances with accompanying explanations
  • Administer the payroll, and remit statutory deductions regularly
  • Check payment (cheques and petty cash)
  • Receive and ensure the bank statements reflect true transactions of the company including correct banking (daily)
  • Receive all monies paid to the organization and issue receipts of the same. Post or deliver all receipts issued.
  • Custodian of Petty Cash ensuring that it is balanced at all times
  • Issue our all signed cheques and keep a cheque delivery book. Report on all undispatched cheques on a daily basis
  • Prepare cash/ cheque daily summary and avail copies to General Manager every other Friday
  • Post all transactions to the Accounting software on a daily basis
  • Ensure the daily summaries are filed after being approved by all parties namely the Network and accounts Department
  • To carry our any other assignments as directed by the General Manager
  • Prepare invoices for the sales team
Qualifications
  • First degree & CPA finalist
  • Minimum 5 years experience 2 of which in a senior position.
  • Conversant with Sage Pastel (A must)
  • Demonstrate understanding of financial control and management reporting
  • Self-drive and leadership skills
Expected gross Pay: 60K-70K.
