SDV-TRANSAMI Recruitment – Personal Assistant

We are looking to recruit a dynamic, energetic and flexible individual for a
Personal Assistant position. The candidate will report to the Finance and
Administration manager
Specific duties and Responsibilities

    Management of specific reports in the finance office
    Coordinate the day–to-day functions of the office
    Handle the departments confidential matters and ensure that the same are restricted accordingly
    Ensure that information related to office activities is well stored in the archives and easily retrieved when required
    Attend to correspondences on behalf of the manager
    Plan and organize meetings and take minutes where necessary
    In charge of the managers diary

Job Specification



    Diploma Business Studies/Management
    Excellent command of the English language (French will be an added advantage)
    KCSE minimum C+
    1 year experience in a similar position
    Computer literacy  with proficiency in Ms-Excel
    Interpersonal skills
    Organizational skills
    Confidentiality
    Presentable
