Has experience and exposure of hotel reservations, Airport bookings, travel arrangements, immigration matters, bank matters, meetings and event organizing
 
 
With the ability to work under pressure and for long hours
 
Has the ability to multi task and manage different heads of departments
 
Computer training and experience in preparing presentations and reports
 
Salary over Kshs, 80,000- based on experience and qualifications.

Our client is a social enterprise in agriculture that provides training and business support to farmers, pastoralists and agribusinesses in Africa. 

Their aim is enhance capacity building in food production. 

 
They seek to hire an Operations Manager who will be responsible for leading and managing a comprehensive array of programs. 

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the MD in planning, organizing, and implementing public and private fund-raising initiatives
  • Implement and lead a continuous quality improvement process throughout the program and service areas, focusing on systems/process improvement.
  • Promote regular and ongoing opportunities for all staff to give feedback on program operations.
  • Lead a high performing team of program/project managers to the next level by further developing and implementing recruitment, training, and retention strategies.
  • Responsible for all activities pertaining to licensing, personnel, finance, and contracts as well as ensuring that the organization’s programs are in compliance with all County and National regulations, Donor’s and Partners’ requirements
  • Partner with the MD to represent the organization with external constituency groups, including community, governmental, and private organizations.
  • Ensure that all program activities operate consistently and ethically within the mission and values of the organization
  • Prepare and submit an annual operational budget to the MD and Finance Manager for review and approval, manage effectively within this budget, and report accurately on progress made and challenges encountered.
  • Ensure the continued financial viability of the organization’s program/service units through sound fiscal management.

Job Summary: Our client operates one of the largest fast food stores worldwide; they are quickly expanding in Kenya as well as making inroads to other markets. 

They are currently seeking to recruit Motorbike Riders / Delivery Assistants to be part of their versatile team.

Responsibilities
  • Ensure prompt delivery of Pizza to client’s doorstep.
  • Obtaining the recipient’s signature and collection of payment upon delivery
  • Documentation  and keeping  records of information on pick-ups and deliveries
  • Planning the most efficient delivery route
  • Confirming deliveries with the responsible manager at the outlet and collecting instructions on the next delivery
Qualifications & Experience
  • Valid K.C.S.E certificate
  • Valid Driver’s license-Class BCEFG.
  • Basic knowledge of motor cycle maintenance
  • One - two years experience as a rider in a corporate environment preferably in a Restaurant Chain or Courier company
  • Certificate of Good Conduct.
  • Good knowledge of Nairobi & its environs.
  • Great customer service and communication skills.
  • Physically fit
  • Proactive, honest and trustworthy
