Sales Executive

Motivate We Consulting (MWC), is a Human Resource Consultancy firm that provides top notch human capital solutions. 

We are hiring for the sales executive position, for one of our client in the digital printing sector.  (50-60k, plus commission)
 
Duties and Responsibilities
  • Giving presentations to prospective clients on the Company and the services it offers at seminars, or one-on-one client meetings.
  • Achieving sales and margin targets
  • Maintain and develop existing and new customers through appropriate propositions and ethical sales methods, with due regard to Company targets and projections.
  • Networking in order to keep abreast with all industry developments.
  • Stay informed on competitors, their practices and operations, ensuring that the Company maintains a competitive edge.
  • Participate in negotiations with clients in conjunction with the Managing Director.
  • Collect feedback from clients, ensure their satisfaction and communicate their recommendations and complaints to the Managing Director.
Qualifications and Experience 
  • At least a Diploma in Sales and Marketing or equivalent
  • 3-5 years working experience in the digital printing service /environment
  • Superior written and oral communication skills, very articulate.
  • Excellent in planning and organizing
  • Result driven and oriented
  • Be able to work with minimum supervision
  • Extremely confident, dynamic and energetic

Security Supervisor

The successful candidate is responsible for ensuring that security standards are upheld without compromising on quality, safety and service delivery.
 
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Staff engagement – provide direction and guidance to a team pre, during and post flight towards achieving operational excellence.
  • Ensure strict compliance with all security standards and procedures of Swissport and its customer airlines in line with the National Civil Aviation Security Program (NCASP).
  • Institute investigations by collecting and compiling all details / data for effective documentation, reporting and closure of a case as soon as an incident / accident occurs in GH.
  • Develop and foster good relations with customers, authorities and industry stakeholders.
  • Provision of excellent customer service through various customer touch points i.e. face to face, email and telephone interactions.
  • Team management and resource planning through effective duty allocations in line with agreed SLA’s.
  • Ensure implementation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Ensure proper reporting of shift operations to the Manager, Security Services & / Or Duty Manager Operations.
  • Ensure proper documentation has been generated, checked and confirmed for escort of loads (Baggage & cargo) between points.
  • Provide guidance, coaching and operational advice to security agents.
  • Develop security agents roster and present timely reports
  • Observe health & safety measures to ensure and maintain safe working conditions.
Qualifications
  • Education:  KCSE Mean C, IATA Cargo certification and computer proficiency.
  • Professional Experience:  Aviation Security industry experience preferred/Management course / Ex-NYS.
  • Experience: At least 2 years in a busy operational environment.
  • Proven track record in managing teams.
  • Excellent communications skills.

Position Summary: Reporting to the Plant Manager, the candidate will ensure the effective functioning of continuous improvement of the business plan

Identifies and eliminates waste and non-value added activities through continuous improvement in all products and services. 

Responsible for improving the business through the involvement and empowerment of entire workforce

Performs a wide range of Continuous Improvement activities including but not limited to planning / developing / documenting Kaizen events, performing 6-S audits, process mapping, capability studies, root cause analysis, coordination of all department and other support areas during Kaizen activities

Essential Job Responsibilities
