Revenue is the primary enabler of County Government operations.

Article 175 (b) of the Constitution envisages that: County governments shall have reliable sources of revenue to enable them to govern and deliver services effectively. 
The County Revenue Officer will responsible to Chief Officer responsible for Finance(County Treasury) and will supervise staff of the revenue division.
