Minimum Requirements

• You must have the maturity to deal with the professional and business elite who make up our customer base.
• Minimum 1 year experience in sales with a track record of meeting sales targets
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and organisation skills
• Ability to work under pressure with minimal or no supervision
• Ready to work purely on Commissions with no Retainer
• Applicants must be 25 years and above preferably with families

ICT Engineer Job in Kenya (KShs 30K - 35K)

Our client is Total Security Solution Provider in Nairobi Kenya is looking for aggressive and creative ICT Engineer for the security solutions products.

Salary: Gross of Kshs 30K - 45K

Job Purpose: ICT Engineer to carry out program software installation for the security systems which include: Access Control System, CCTV, X-Ray Scanner, alarm system, Medtal detector, Auto gate and Under Vehicle Monitoring System

Key Responsibilities

• Program software installation, setting and operation
• Overseeing security of all systems, especially the internet
• Installing antivirus protection
• To provide technical advice/ training on how to use the system
• To provide support and good training to sales persons on the systems
• Trouble shooting and technical support
• Provide maintenance services; fixing network faults
• Suggesting IT solutions to business problems
• Making sure all IT meets industry standards

Required Qualifications, Skills and Competencies

• At least a Diploma in ICT from a recognized institution
• At least two years' experience in ICT environment
• Vast knowledge on ICT environment (networking, IP setting, anti-virus etc)
• Excellent knowledge in IT application systems
• Good problem solving skills
• Good at organising, prioritising and multi-tasking
• Ability to explain technical problems in a simple way
• Dedicated to keeping their skills and knowledge fresh

• Work in a team to support the installation of above security systems.
• Trouble shooting and repair of the security items.
• Carrying out site survey, technical support and new installation of new security items
• Provide maintenance services and fault detection of security equipments.
• Identify problems and repair or replace defective parts of the items
• Make periodic inspections of equipment to find defects before costly breakdowns occur.

Qualifications:

• At least Diploma in Electrical/ Electronic Engineering or related field
• At least two years' experiences at power maintenance works.
• Creative idea and application power required.
• Very Strong ANALYTICAL and CREATIVITY skills
• Team player with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Superior interpersonal skills including courtesy, professionalism, and a cooperative attitude.
• The ability to work independently and take initiative.
• Willingness to learn and collaborate with others.

ICT Security Salesmen Jobs in Kenya (KShs 25K - 35K plus Commissions)

Our client is Total Security Solution Provider in Nairobi Kenya is looking for aggressive and creative ICT Security Salesmen for the security solutions.

Salary: Gross of Kshs 25,000 ~ 35,000 + Commissions.

Job Purpose: To manage client accounts and promoting ICT products of the company to existing and prospective clients

Key Responsibilities

• Identifying sales opportunities, setting up initial sales and meeting the client
• Assessing customers' needs and explaining the goods and services which meet their needs
• Answering any technical questions the client might have
• Quoting and negotiating prices and credit terms, and completing contracts and recording orders
• Arranging delivery of goods, installation of equipment and the provision of services
• Reporting to sales management on sales made and the marketability of ICT goods and services
• Following up with clients to ensure satisfaction with ICT goods and services purchased, arranging modifications and resolving any problems arising
• Preparing sales reports.

Qualifications:

• Degree /Diploma in Information Technology and/or Sales and Marketing from a recognized institution
• At least 4 years experience in Sales and Marketing
• ICT Sales and marketing experience will be an added advantage.
• Good analysis of the market and smart understanding of ICT systems.
• Self driven & result-oriented sales power
• Good inter-personal and self planning skills.
• Ability to meet sales targets
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Good inter-personal network.

No limit of age but preferable over 30
