Due to the recent expansions Techno Brain seeks to recruit an excellent Senior sales/accounts executive for the Training department.

Responsibilities:

• Meet Minimum sales and collections standards, as set forth by the GM
• Visiting minimum number of clients per day as set forth by the GM
• Bringing new and repeat Business from their designated accounts (clients)
• Manage client relationships, client retention, looking for new clients
• Give presentations, Seminars and briefings to clients as and when required.
• Doing customer satisfaction survey and giving the inputs to the training manager.
• Analyzing the market trends based on customer feedback and update GM about the same.
• Submitting MIS and reports as per the guidelines of SM/GM.
• Be very familiar with the latest technologies and products.
• Use software tools on the desktop to track client contact information, communication with potential clients, and other sales-related functions.

Qualifications.

• A degree in a business related or IT field.
• Certification is Sales and Marketing is added advantage
• At least 3 years experience in IT sales.
• Extensive knowledge in IT products both solutions and training
• Ability to meet tight deadlines.

Senior NAV Functional Consultant:

Responsibilities

• Build a strong relationship with business experts and translates business requirements into system requirements and system settings.
• Document business requirements, analyze impact of the changes, prepare functional specifications, technical specifications, develop, configure and perform unit tests.
• Involve in implementing solutions, advising and supporting system users.
• Involve in project rollouts and implementations and in improvement projects to facilitate better usage of the system, as well as maintenance and support e-business environments by providing techno functional support of operational business implementations.   
• Mentors Functional Consultants to up skill themselves in their domain of functional expertise.
• Map requirements to Dynamics NAV functionality, Create project Documentation, Develop and conduct testing as per testing methodology
• Should manage the relationship and any contractual issues between consultants and client on a day to day basis
• Should implement Dynamics NAV per approved schedule and recommend effective solutions to the ERP system, processes and customization to suit company’s needs & implementation in Manufacturing or Finance domains.

Qualifications

• Candidates with the Bachelor’s degree in the related field will be preferred
• Should have experience in implementing Microsoft Dynamics NAV
• Should have prior experience in ERP implementation in Manufacturing and Finance domains
• Should have strong interpersonal, communication, presentation, analytical & problem solving skills
• Excellent Domain Knowledge
• Strong Interpersonal, verbal, writing and communication skills
• Experience 5 years.
• Desired skills Experience in Microsoft Dynamics NAV and ERP implementation.

• 4 years’ experience in operational HR
• Bachelor’s degree in HR /Advance diploma in HR .
• Excellent people and presentation skills
• Attention to detail.
