Reporting to the Finance Manager, this position involves coordinating financial reporting and monitoring for the Council's programmes by managing information for various specific grants. 
The incumbent will ensure accurate and timely reporting to the donor partners and the management.

Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelors Degree in business, finance, accounting, economics or equivalent qualifications from a recognized university
  • CPA (K)  or its equivalent
  • 3 years  experience  in a similar position
Other competencies
  • Strong management and leaderships skills
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Experience in computerised accounting systems
  • Must be flexible and versatile

Water Treatment Unit / Plant Technician

Dynamic People Consulting is recruiting a Water Treatment Unit / Plant Technician for one of it’s clients. 
Candidates must be willing to work outside the country for extended periods of time.

The Water Treatment Unit / Plant Technician will specifically be responsible for the following:
  • Maintenance and repairs of water treatment units/plants within the workshop;
  • Perform all fault diagnostics and execute the specified maintenance and repair tasks;
  • Work with “Reverse Osmosis” in the water treatment plants/units;
  • Compile spare part requests.
The successful candidate should have the following qualifications:-
  • Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related field;
  • 5 years experience working in water treatment units/plant;
  • Experience/training in maintenance work with other equipments such as HVAC, generators, light and/or heavy vehicles;
  • Ability to work well with diverse community groups/multicultural environment;
  • Ability to work independently while also working well in teams, handle pressure and meet deadlines;
  • Ability to follow instructions within the working environment
  • Must be comfortable and able to communicate, read and write in English.  
  • With ability to communicate French being an added advantage.

The Job
 
You will be the primary contact for questions regarding health and hygiene and be responsible for educating girls and women on the ground in Kenya. You will be in daily contact with girls and women that approach you and you will have to sell Ruby Cup to them in the Ruby Shop. 
Most importantly you have to make sure our users understand the product correctly and proper usage of it. You need to keep track of selling Ruby Cup through our shop and during events, which includes keeping track of installment payments.

Who Are You?
 
You have trained people in health before and are good at marketing health products. You are comfortable with being independent, and you have fun while working! You love business development in the areas of health and will do everything possible to start the conversation about menstruation and educate girls and women in basic reproductive health. You are flexible and proactive with ideas on how to overcome challenges.
You are systematic and can monitor sales, which includes managing installment payments i.e. keep track of ingoing and outgoing money. Most importantly, you should love educating people in the field of menstrual hygiene, hygiene in general and reproductive health. During events, you should be able to hold presentations to various groups that can differ in size and target audience.

Job description

The Technical Sales Manager will have the responsibility of managing the business account and company product for that region.

Responsibilities
  • He/She will assume responsibility for the entire Polyurethanes’ customer portfolio of the company in East Africa
  • Will Act as the single point of contact of Polyurethanes for the company

  • Responsible for communicating internal customer needs both from a technical and commercial point of view
  • Supports technical visits of experts and establishing and maintaining excellent customer relations

Qualifications and experience
