Teaching Assistant

ERP Sales Consultant

Purpose and Scope

 
We are looking for an Asian Sales Consultant responsible for sales to new and existing customers, following company’s established routines and methodology. Focus areas are sales to medium and large companies.

Responsibilities
  • Have high activity level (calls, meetings, quotations).
  • Learn our ERP and CRM product.
  • Build a sales pipeline.
  • Drive sales process, from quotation to closing.
  • Key Account Management.
  • Lead Management.
  • Sales Promotion Management.
  • Liaise with Vendor Channel Management.
  • Meet sales targets.
Requirements
  • Degree in Information Technology / Business Information systems /Business Management / Accounting / Sales & Marketing.
  • Additional qualifications in Sales & Marketing for those with a 1st degree in a none marketing discipline would be an added advantage.
  • 1-2 years experience with sales of ERP/Financial Software systems or business-consulting services.
  • Fluent English command, both verbal and written.
  • Fluent Gujarati/Hindi command, verbal.
  • Excellent Communication skills.
  • Excellent Computer Skills.
  • Eager to learn and take responsibility; organized and self-motivated individual.
  • Available to travel at short notice.

Counselor and Child Minder


 Women’s Rights Awareness Programme (WRAP), a non – governmental Organization based in Nairobi and whose core objective is to provide shelter for abused Women and Children is seeking to recruit dynamic, self driven and result oriented persons to fill in the following vacant positions;

1. Counselor
 
2. Child Minder

Counselor

Responsibilities: include and are not limited to:
  • To provide counseling services for all WRAP clients who comprise mainly of abused and violated women and children.
  • To accompany WRAP clients to court to offer them support and encouragement as their matters proceed.
  • Undertake home visits when the need arises, to find out the home situation and provide counseling services to parents, relatives to enable our clients to identify the way forward.
  • To write confidential counseling reports for each client seen and also prepare monthly and quarterly reports for work done.
  • Participate in seminars, workshops, conferences on issues related to the rights of children and women.
  • To create awareness of WRAP when the need arises.
  • Any other tasks that maybe assigned from time to time by management.
Qualifications:

Education:
  • Higher Diploma in Psychological Counseling from a reputable institution.
  • Computer literate especially in Excel, Access and Word.
Experience:   
  • At least 2 years experience in Counseling Psychology
  • Professional experience working with National/International organization/ NGO and experience in child rights and women empowerment.
  • Knowledge in community psychosocial based support.
  • Fluency in Kiswahili and English (written and spoken) 
Personal Attributes
  • High level of integrity, commitment and professional responsibility.
  • Excellent communication, organization and presentation skills.
  • Able to work in a team with minimal supervision
Note: Salary is Kshs 36,000/00 per month.

Child Minder

Responsibilities:
  • To ensure the security of all children at the shelter
  • Planning and preparing various activities for children during the day based on their stage of development and individual needs & interest
  • Maintain discipline and encourage positive behavior among WRAP children
  • To play with children and keep them busy with activities at the shelter home.
  • To accompany children to the hospital, outings, when called upon to do so.
Qualifications:
  • Must be creative and innovative on children activities.
  • Must have experience in working with children.
  • Must have love and passion for children.
  • Must have good communication skills
  • Must be one who is flexible and quick to respond to emergencies
  • Certificate in early Childhood Development is a requirement
  • Basic knowledge in first-aid an added advantage
Note: Salary is Kshs 9,000/00 per month
