 Our client is a world’s leading wines and spirits company. Considering the development of its operations in Sub-Saharan Africa, the company is looking to recruit a Field Sales & Marketing Executive Kenya.

In close collaboration with the Area Manager West and Central Africa, you are responsible for interpreting the global brand strategies and subsequently shaping local strategies for the development of sustainable business growth in Kenya. 

In addition, you are in charge of recommending brand priorities, levels of investment, volume and profit goals to drive this growth in close collaboration with the Area Manager.

You will be leading the budget process for the country, by influencing distributors and importers to prepare sales and marketing plans (commercial, financial, marketing, PR...).
 
You will work hand-in-hand with the local distributors to achieve budgets and brand goals.
 
You will identify new opportunities for business development and build business cases to exploit these.
 
You will influence and indirectly manage other general support teams in Head Quarters (Finance, Global Brands Teams) to optimize market performance / direction and reporting. 

For this position, you must be graduate / post graduate in sales and marketing, with a proven track record of success at senior sales levels within the FMCG sector (at least 2 years). 

You must demonstrate a strong commercial acumen and drive for results, with a clear strategic thinking. 

You show a strong marketing and brand building expertise with excellent negotiation and leadership skills. 

You have good planning, organizational and reporting capabilities. 

You have a good understanding of distribution landscape/route to market and competitive environment. 

You can conduct strategic reviews as required and recommend appropriate and most effective action to aid growth. 

You have a proven ability to motivate and energize field sales teams (directly and indirectly).
 
You must be available more than 50% of your time to travel in the country. 

You speak English fluently. 

Local dialects are a distinct advantage. 

A good knowledge of premium spirits is also a distinct advantage, including experience of the on-trade and retail environment.

IT Support Technician Job in Nairobi Kenya

 We are an international Organization with offices in most major towns in the Country. 

We have a vacancy in the below position which we need to fill urgently.

Position: IT Support Technician
 
Qualifications:
 
Minimum of a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science or Mathematics or telecommunications / electronics engineering from a recognised University. 

The right candidates should also have good technical knowledge, skills and experience in field operations and in particular auto works and demonstrated ability to work closely with others and complete projects within tight deadlines with limited resources.
 
Others: A Kenyan, aged below 35 years, physically fit, able to work long hours and odd times with minimum supervision, high integrity, honest, firm and a team player.
 
Experience: At least 3 years IT experience in a busy service industry company.
 
Work Station: Nairobi but should be prepared to work in any other station within Kenya.
 
Terms of Employment:
 
Contract, with possibility of conversion to permanent and pensionable terms subject to satisfactory performance.
 
Other terms are negotiable, commensurate with qualifications and experience.
