Property Management Officer

Duties and responsibilities
  • To diligently manage all the affairs of the property to a high standard.
  • To assist and support the Estates residents with various needs.
  • To diligently communicate with the customers.
  • To ensure proper and fluent administration of lease agreements and meet particular deadlines.
  • To supervise and maintain control of capital and human resources.
Requirements-
  • Degree or higher diploma from recognized institution.
  • At least 2 years working experience.
  • Previous knowledge in real estate added advantage.
  • Male aged between 28yrs and 35 years.
  • Certificate of good conduct.(current)
  • Possess creative problem solving and strong interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet specific deadline. (Salary – Negotiable).

Engagement Practice Consultant

Purpose/ Summary

The role of the Managed Services Practice Engagement Consultant is to be one of the key representatives for Ericsson towards our customers.

He/she requires a strong business mind-set, is sales orientated, and has strong influencing and negotiation skills with a focus on opportunities that generate leverage for Ericsson sales.

The Managed Services Practice Engagement Consultant will create value for both customers and Ericsson by addressing business, operational, organizational, technology and competence issues related to revenue generation, cost reduction and/or risk reduction.

The Managed Services Practice Engagement Consultant will work in a specific Engagement Practice reporting to the head of the Engagement Practice, securing borderless cooperation regarding solutions, products and services with the relevant domains and Customer Units.

As Engagement Consultant with a Service Line responsibility the responsibilities are expanded to include strategy and cross CU engagement within the Service line.

Key responsibilities
  • Proactively seeks, identifies, scopes, and obtains customer commitment for sales opportunities.
  • Support account teams with consultative sales approach.
  • Manages customer relationships including escalations in an effective way to assure customer satisfaction and Ericsson interests, at C-Suite level.
  • Continuously identify, analyze, communicate and document the industrial trends and business model references through business intelligence networks for specific engagements and practice strategies
  • Develop deep business intelligence to advice and guide the engagement teams and key accounts on strategic issues
  • Work closely with key customers to drive Ericsson influence, vision and innovation
  • Interact and present to customers complete solutions focused on customer issue resolution. This will be developed with consistent interaction with the various Engagement Practices that may involve cross Practice Solutions
  • Drive the nominated key deals by formulating engagement plan together with other stakeholders
  • Develop an engagement strategy and value proposition for each opportunity
  • Establish Ericsson's thought leadership position and market awareness to substantiate sales offers (serving associations, congresses, speeches, articles, etc.)
  • Establish project governance and supervise a number of projects/programs, often taking a role in the steering groups.
  • Develop and lead implementation of new business and go-to-market models between industry players and Ericsson.
  • Contribute towards knowledge management communities and create/drive gained knowledge to enable organizational competence development and more efficient, effective future sales and delivery.
  • Consistently guide and educate accounts on various Practice developments and show market insight and business acumen
  • Secure the achievement of the department goals & objectives through professional competence, behavior and participation in department activities and development.
  • As an Engagement consultant with service line responsibility the following responsibilities are added:
  • Strategic and tactical responsibility for the service line
  • Interface with BU SL and other SL units
  • Drive the growth plan and strategy for the service line
Experience
  • Previous consulting experience
  • Previous telecommunications experience (Min 5 years) in a KAM role or equivalent
  • Previous leadership and mentoring roles

Engagement Practices Analyst - 00046833

Overall purpose of Account EP Analyst:

The overall purpose of the EP Analyst is to reduce the workload and/or to support the EP Business Operations and Development department with specialist knowledge in the area of business analysis, general administration and documentation.

The responsibilities mainly consist of assisting the team members within the EP Business Operations and Development department with analysis of key business metrics, ensuring that all required documentation such as scheduling, progress reporting, document updating etc, required throughout the different facets of the department is provided and archived correctly and completely according to best practice and local policies.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Measure, analyse and report on key Engagement Practice metrics such as Orders Booked, Time Reporting, Organisational Management.
  • Prepare presentation and discussion material for the RSSA EP Leadership Team.
  • Analyse and report on the Sales Funnel and Key Deals.
  • Administer, develop and maintain required administration documentation in assigned task defined areas.
  • Support the Business Readiness Manager in administering NPI (New Product Introduction) and PDM (Priority Deals Matrix) and support activities/ venue/ meetings arrangements.
  • Prepare and monitor the status of documentation to applicable stakeholders, including the creation, updating and reporting of NPI and PDM documents / reports.
  • Support Business Readiness Manager in ensuring that all documentation required, will be collected correctly and completely.
  • Continually monitor and revise the PDM as and when required.
  • Support the Planning & Competence Manager in the administration of the RDM (Resource Development Matrix) together with the Line Managers of the Practices.
  • To prepare accurate and timely reports as requested by the Head of Business Operations & Development.
Main Activities:
  • Creates and maintains the PDM in the document management system (EriDoc), and administration of access control for stakeholders.
  • Creates and maintains the EriColl site for central access to reports and documentation.
  • Creates and maintains all stakeholder and distribution lists.
  • Administers, develops and maintains required administration including meeting preparation and documentation in assigned tasks.
  • Supports the Business Readiness Manager in administering PDM and NPI project activities/ venue/ meetings arrangements.
  • Arrange internal meetings and assist in minute taking and formation of action plans. Write up and distribution to participants.
  • Prepares and monitors the status of the PDM, together with the relevant stakeholders, including but not limited to:
  1. Creation of PDM
  2. Updating of PDM
  3. Reporting of PDM
  4. Tracking of PDM
  5. Updating of NPI
  6. Reporting of NPI
  7. Tracking of NPI
  8. Monthly updating of HRMS data in the RDM

  • Assist the Business Readiness Manager in identifying new NPI candidates by taking ownership, reporting and responsibility for the RSSA product portfolio candidate list.
  • Analyse monthly time reporting statistics and follow up discrepancies with respective Line Managers.
  • Prepare monthly reporting for EP Leadership Team.
