We are looking for suitable candidates to fill the above mentioned positions in our Agriculture Department.

The positions will be responsible for:-

1. Planning, organizing, supervising and co-ordinating labour, equipment and materials.

2. Monitoring performance of each activity and directing necessary corrections.

3. Providing timely and accurate reports on work performance.

4. Performing administrative duties, training and motivating subordinates.

5. Ensure efficiency to meet the set targets both in quality and quantity.

The ideal candidates should meet the following requirements;
  • Age between 25 to 35 years.
  • Should be a holder of a degree in Agriculture or a closely related course.
  • Diploma holders with over 5 years experience will be considered.
  • Candidates with experience in Agricultural Operations will have an added advantage.
  • Must be Computer literate.
  • Holders of a Driving Licence will have an added advantage.
  • Must be capable of working independently, without close supervision and meet strict deadlines.
  • Must be a team player.

Successful candidates will be individuals with strong technical knowledge, with good knowledge of auditing and accounting standards. They will have the ability to lead and influence teams and interact with ease with senior management.

They should have at least 3-5 years relevant work experience in a busy accounting, auditing or IT environment and interested in developing their career.

They will be qualified or part-qualified accountants having at least an upper second class degree.
