Simlaw Seeds Company limited is in the process of procuring an ERP system .For this purpose the company requests for technical and financial proposals from eligible experienced and competent firms, consortia or individuals that are legally registered.
Proposal documents detailing the requirements and the scope of the project may be obtained from Simlaw Seed Company, procurement office, Kijabe Street, Nairobi during normal working hours upon payment of non refundable fee of Kshs 5,000 either in cash or bankers cheque payable to Simlaw Seeds Company limited.

Completed technical and financial proposals sealed in two different envelopes must be delivered in one plain sealed envelope clearly marked "ERP Proposal SSC. P/IT-SOFTWARE (1)" on top of the envelope addressed to

Consultancy Services on Tea Processing Machinery for a Small State of the Art Tea Research and Development Factory

TRFK/EOI/14/2011/2012: Provision of Consultancy Services on Tea Processing Machinery for a Small State of the Art Tea Research and Development Factory.
Tea Research Foundation of Kenya is a state corporation under the Ministry of Agriculture. Its mandate is “to promote research and investigate problems related to tea and such other crops and systems of husbandry as are associated with tea throughout Kenya including the productivity (yield), quality and suitability of land in relation to tea planting; and matters ancillary thereto”.
The Foundation would like to invite submissions for expression of interest for provision of consultancy services on Tea processing machinery for A SMALL STATE OF THE ART TEA RESEARCH AND DEVELOPMENT FACTORY.
The Foundation now invites eligible consultancy firms to express their interest for provision of consultancy services on tea processing machinery.
Interested consultants must provide the following:
a) Company profile with details of the firm’s capacity of executing services of similar nature and magnitude.
b) Current business license
c) Proof of registration (current membership) with relevant professional bodies.
d) Certificate of firm registration
e) Certified PIN, VAT and Current Tax compliance certificates
f) Physical location of the firm
g) Litigation history
h) Details of firm ownership/directorship with respective shareholding and details of citizenship.
i) Details of at least two (2) key personnels and their academic, professional and work experience (attach copies of the curriculum vitae)

Kisumu Action Team (KAT) has received funding from Mistra Urban Futures of Chalmers University of Technology towards the establishment of Kisumu Local Interaction Platform (KLIP) and to roll out pilot studies in market places of ecotourism.
The project is expected to provide a framework for sustainable development in Kisumu town and its environs under Mistra Urban Futures Project - Kisumu Local Interaction Platform (KLIP).
KAT, under this Mistra Urban Futures Project would like to operationalise these activities commencing from 1st November, 2011.
Mistra Urban Futures - KLIP wishes to recruit a dependable, dynamic and result oriented person for the position of project coordinator.

At least five years experience in a similar position or assignment. Knowledge of project proposals development and fundraising.
This will be a 3 year contract, renewable on mutual agreement and on the basis of availability of funding.
The successful candidate will be paid a competitive and attractive consolidated salary.
