Our client,is seeking to recruit a Business Development Manager.

This position calls for a strategic thinker, expert negotiator and an intuitive marketing ability.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Identify, qualify and secure business opportunities by cultivating and maintaining mutually beneficial business relationships with current and potential clients.
  • Leverage executive-level relationships to develop targeted sales strategies that convey a customized approach to all business.
  • Actively research potential clients and pursue new business relationships.
  • Work in tandem with sales executives to plan and coordinate business generation activities.
  • Maintain existing business relationships through continuous client follow up, responding to client inquiries and resolving problems on their behalf.
Qualifications and experience:
  • Diploma or any other business related degree
  • Aggressive, ambitious and result-oriented
  • Experience in FMCG industry preferred.
  • Preferably 5 to 7 years experience in sales and marketing
  • Presentable with good communication & interpersonal skills
  • Highly polished and articulate

Our client, a real estate development company develops exclusive (residential) real estate and has a high net worth customer base.

The company is currently looking for a Sales and Marketing Manager.

Responsibilities
  • Generate leads by executing the marketing strategy through sales and marketing strategies including but not limited to organizing presence at general real estate events, advertising, website and organizing dedicated sales events.
  • Follow up the leads generated and closing sales.
  • Attend Sales and Marketing meetings and be responsible for the preparation of annual and monthly sales and marketing budgets.
  • Develop the company’s sales and marketing strategy.
  • Co-managing the communications and PR strategy for various projects.
  • Manage internal and external relationships
  • Coordinate the sales team through the administrative and legal processes.
  • Supervise outsourced production of sales and marketing materials.
Requirements
  • A business related field or a Diploma in marketing.
  • Minimum of 4 years experience in a similar position with proven sales skills.
  • Sales background where products or services sold have been ‘hard sell’.
  • Experience in Real Estate would be an added advantage.
  • Ability to network, communicate comfortably
  • Ability to work independently, solve problems to achieve desired results.

Primary Responsibilities
