- Minimum of Masters’ degree in a relevant field;
- Work experience of 10-15 that include roles of leading operations in demanding professional environments;
- Must have background and deep experience in management operations for a health care institution;
- Posses strong analytical and financial skills;
- Demonstrated leadership, networking and negotiation skills;
- Hands-on approach to getting things done with interpersonal skills;
- Excellent communications skills in English and Swahili;
- Above all, the candidate must be a passionate believer in our vision and devoted to improving global maternal healthcare.
