The successful candidate MUST meet the following.


Qualifications: Advanced driving, defensive driving.
Experience: At least 10 years. Police or security experience shall be an asset.

Gender: Female.

    Salary: 20,000Ksh  and above.

    Commencement date-1st July 2012.

    2. Customer Service / Events Assistant

    Our Client in event planning & management industry urgently require below (2) positions to be filled immediately.

    Job Summary

    The successful candidate will be involved in planning, managing and producing events, customer service and marketing. 

    They should have a love for event management, be enthusiastic professionals and be able to build relationships with internal and external customer.

    Duties and Responsibilities
    • Handle customers.
    • Meet customers and advice them on the best package depending on their event need.
    • Prepare quotations as per the client’s specifications.
    • Handle events as the officer in charge.
    • Plan, design, organize and coordinate events.
    • Attend client’s site visits in preparation for an event.
    • Marketing of the companies products.
    Qualifications
    • At least 28 years and above (mature and strong candidate preferably men)
    • Excellent communication, organizational, interpersonal, time management and speaking skills.
    • Ability to manage multiple events and accomplish set targets without supervision.
    • Excellent interpersonal skills both in person and by phone, with high professionalism.
    • Fantastic customer service ethic and high expectations for quality.
    • Diploma from Utalii College is Mandatory.
    • At least 3 years events experience with office customer service management with at least 1 year experience coordinating special events.
    • Computer literate.
    • Experience in preparation of quotations will be an added advantage.
    • Able to work under pressure and odd and longs hours.
    • Should be confident, with leadership and people management skills.
    Salary scale: 20,000-25,000kshs

    3. Receptionist

    Job Summary

    The successful candidate will be involved general office administration and exhibit excellent customer service skills.

    Duties and Responsibilities
    • Handle customers in the office.
    • Assist in cleaning the office and preparing tea.
    • Receive and deliver messages to the appropriate persons and record them in the message book.
    • Make sure that the office stationery and supplies are constantly in supply.
    • Keep the reception area tidy and clean.
    • Filing.
    • Deal with all enquiries in a professional and courteous manner, in person, on the telephone or via e-mail.
    • Prepare quotations for clients.
    • Eager to learn and take instructions from superiors.
