A start-up agricultural products marketing company based in Nairobi is looking for a highly motivated individual to develop and launch a marketing plan to sell a suite of agricultural products to rural, smallholder households.

- Develop a professional marketing plan to effectively promote a suite of agricultural products to rural households within a concentrated geographical area.
- Manage the launch and roll-out of the marketing plan, for a 6 month period in one trial market.
- Deliver a final marketing plan, sales structure, budget, and recommendations for expanded roll-out to multiple markets.
Requirements
- Undergraduate degree, with a focus in Commerce or Marketing.
- Minimum 4 years direct experience rural sales and marketing, and agricultural products.
- roven success in developing marketing plans, with ability to demonstrate sales and marketing metrics achieved through implementation.
