IBM AIX Support Engineer
Responsibilities
- Perform IBM AIX pSeries Servers system administration including installation, customization and security hardening.
- Provide support for all phases of environment life cycle to include hardware setup, configuration, tuning upgrades and capacity planning.
- Create install tests and procedures to implement server OS upgrades and enhancements
- Perform all aspects of UNIX system administration including OS administration, storage allocation and administration.
- Backup and recovery administration and performance enhancements.
- Participate in disaster recovery planning and testing.
- Automating system administration utilizing AIX based shell scripting including writing, implementing and ongoing maintenance.
- Mentor and train team staff members on AIX administration.
- Supporting AIX virtualization.
- Setup, Configuration and supporting IBM Tivoli Storage Manager (TSM)

ISO Process Analyst

- Complete the documentation relating to the requirements of ISO 9001, 14001, and 27001
- Liaise with other departments, understand and document their processes
- Ensures that each department under scope captures the required information for analysis towards their metrics
- Prepares management reports and presentations for management review meetings on periodic basis
- Acts as document controller and version controller for all documents/processes under ISO
- Carries out training and education of employees across the organization
- Prepares posters, information notes, memos for the organization
- Ensures all documents are up-to-date on the Intranet
- Works on other tasks assigned as may be required by management
Requirements
- 3 years experience in development of ISO processes and documentation
- Fully conversant with ISO 9001:2008, ISO14001:2004 and ISO 27001:2005. Additional knowledge of other ISO standards will be an advantage
- Good verbal and written skills
- Good communication skills
- Is an ISO auditor or has undergone the training as ISO auditor
Oracle DBA
Responsibilities

- Troubleshoot and fix errors in Oracle EBS and databases
- Patch databases and app server in accordance with company policy
- Carry out full database backups and validate backups by simulating restores
- Carry out routine maintenance of databases
- Build resiliency to the databases to mitigate against physical and logical errors using Oracle technologies
- Optimize database performance through analysis and tuning
- Implement stringent database security measures in accordance with company policy
- Configuration of Real Application Cluster on 10g/11g with multiple nodes.
- Configuration of Active Data Guard on 10g/11g.
- Designing backup strategy/ policy with backup tools.
- Performing database upgrades and patch application.
- Oracle Forms and Oracle Reports using Oracle Developer9i/10g.
- Documenting the process and parameters of the database
Requirements
- Experience on 10g 11g on Solaris/Linux/HP Unix Environment.
- Experience on Database migration from existing environment to different environment.
- Experience in PL/SQL scripts for monitoring database.
- Experience in designing the architecture of the database.
- Experience 3yrs Plus.
- 10g/11g OCP Certification will be added advantage.
- Willing to work in Night shift.
