IFC’s  Global Financial Markets Department supports projects in numerous  financial subsectors, builds local financial institutions and introduces  new financing instruments to develop efficient financial systems. 
The  Department is recruiting investment analysts and investment officers at  different levels of seniority with 1 to10+ years of relevant experience  in sourcing, structuring and negotiating new investment projects, as  well as in portfolio management of existing projects in the financial  sector.

All  positions require a solid educational background, strong technical  skills and investment transaction experience, a proven track record of  successful client relationship management and excellent communication  and negotiation skills in English, ideally combined with French.
The positions are based in Sub-Saharan Africa, including Accra, Dakar, Johannesburg, Nairobi, and Lagos.
