Qualification:
- Minimum two year college level requirement
- Preferably with experience in sales/telemarketing/customer service/marketing support background in a business setting.
- Must be able to work varied hours, weekends and holidays
- Reliable, enthusiastic, upbeat personality, get along well with co-workers
- Customer service oriented—enjoys helping people & going the “extra mile” to meet each customer’s needs
- Quick learner, detail oriented, and able to multi-task in fast-paced environment
- Ability to work with complex situations that may not have a prescribed resolution
- Outgoing, energetic personality
- Extremely fluent in English and Swahili both oral and written and a crisp clear neutral accent.
- Desire to achieve and excel above the rest
- Aspirations to develop a career within the company
- Well-developed problem solving skills
- Preferably with knowledge in ecommerce and the Internet
- Prior call center experience a definite advantage
