Kencall Call Center is looking for individuals who are qualified for the position of Outbound Call Center Agents.We are looking for people who trust their sales skills; Of course, we expect you to be highly motivated with a “can do” attitude and have a passion for success. 


Successful applicants for Outbound Call Center Agents will have a great career in Kencall Center. 


Qualification:



  • Minimum two year college level requirement
  • Preferably with experience in sales/telemarketing/customer service/marketing support background in a business setting.
  • Must be able to work varied hours, weekends and holidays
  • Reliable, enthusiastic, upbeat personality, get along well with co-workers
  • Customer service oriented—enjoys helping people & going the “extra mile” to meet each customer’s needs
  • Quick learner, detail oriented, and able to multi-task in fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work with complex situations that may not have a prescribed resolution
  • Outgoing, energetic personality
  • Extremely fluent in English and Swahili both oral and written and a crisp clear neutral accent.
  • Desire to achieve and excel above the rest
  • Aspirations to develop a career within the company
  • Well-developed problem solving skills
  • Preferably with knowledge in ecommerce and the Internet
  • Prior call center experience a definite advantage
